Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USACE NWP Reissuance (2020.0111)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is proposing to re-issue the existing 52 nationwide permits (NWPs) and to issue two new NWPs. The Philadelphia District of USACE also proposes to issue regional conditions that would be applicable to the new NWPs for activities in the States of New Jersey and Delaware. Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
