The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the BOA-LOT DEW-122 Site located in Wilmington. The Site, which is a vacant lot, requires an Environmental Covenant and a Contaminated Materials Management Plan.

DNREC issued a public notice of the Proposed Plan for the BOA-LOT DEW-122 Site on April 25, 2021. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan.
