The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the Donohos Paint Manufacturing Site located in Dover. Historically, the Site was used as a paint manufacturing facility. Additionally, two underground storage tanks were closed in place at the Site. The Site requires an Environmental Covenant to restrict ground water use for residential purposes.

DNREC issued public notice of the Proposed Plan for the Donohos Paint Manufacturing Site on March 14, 2021. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan. Details of the Final Plan are available online at: www.nav.dnrec.delaware.gov/DEN3/
