On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System

Harrington Moose Lodge 534 has submitted a renewal application for an Operation Permit to serve the Harrington Moose Lodge. The system has been designed to accommodate 2,499 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at 16268 S Dupont Hwy, Kent County, tax parcel #MN-00-171.00-1.00-26.00.

Durwood Bennett has submitted a renewal application for an Operation Permit to serve the Meadows at Bayard development. The system has been designed to accommodate 1,800 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located approximately 720 feet south of the intersection of CR 84 and CR 365, Sussex County, tax parcel #1-34-19.00-2.02.

Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit

RPJ Waste Services, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-215 which allows for the transport of portable toilet waste and septage to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
