Brian Lisiewski has applied for a Formal Waiver to allow a Permanent Holding Tank to be installed on his property as its sole means of wastewater disposal. The property in question is known as Lot 15, Section B and is located on the east side of Sussex Street ~150’ south of Dover Street Indian River Acres. Sussex County Tax Parcel 134-7.00-38.00 The request is being made at this time because the lot size does not provide enough area for the prescribed system, home and setbacks that are required. The holding tank would serve a single-family dwelling with a design flow rate that doesn’t exceed 480 gallons per day.
