Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit

Septic Masters, LLC has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit to transport septage and holding tank waste to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System.

Temporary Holding Tank

Estuary Development, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 4,843 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at Water Lily Court, Sussex County, tax parcel #1-34-19.00-105.07.

Schell Brothers, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 5,381 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at Kielbasa Court, Sussex County, tax parcel #2-34-12.00-11.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
