Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit

Hopkins Construction, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-106 which allows for the transport of other non-hazardous liquid waste (municipal waste from cleaning sewer lines and pump stations) to be disposed of at Clean Delaware, Inc.

On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System

Christopher H and Sarah A.G Willey and Herring Run LLC have applied for an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 1,200 gallons per day generated by deli, ice cream and mercantile sales buildings. The site is located on 4092 North Dupont Highway in Townsend, DE, tax map 14-01600-307,129, &167.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
