On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System

Boardwalk Development, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit. The system has been designed to accommodate 900 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at 29037 Delray Drive, Sussex County, tax parcel #2-34-12.00-03.01.

Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit

Arrow Leasing Corp t/a Arrow Sanitary Service has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE WH-009 which allows for the transport of septage, holding tank waste, grease trap and/or cooking oil waste, portable toilet waste, and other non-hazardous liquid waste (machinery cooling water) to be disposed of at the Kent County Sewer System, Town of Laurel Sewer System, and out-of-state permitted facilities.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
