On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System

NP Delaware City Building II LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit to serve the Delaware Logistics Center. The system has been designed to accommodate 1,425 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at 2411 Bear Corbitt Road, New Castle County, tax parcel #12-007.00-026.

Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit

Stillwater Septic Service Sewer & Drain Cleaner, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for a renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-165 which allows for the transport of grease trap waste and/or cooking oil waste to be disposed of at the New Castle County Sewer System.

A public hearing on the above application will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
