The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Water, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m. to consider comments from the public on the Subaqueous Lands Permit application for Fort DuPont Redevelopment & Preservation Corp. (Docket #2021-W-P-0021). The Applicant has applied to install approximately 1,600 linear feet of rip-rap shoreline stabilization in Delaware City Branch Canal, at Fort DuPont, 260 Old Elm Avenue, Delaware City, New Castle County, DE.
