The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”

As required by § 9107(aAs required by § 9107(a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Prospective Purchaser Agreement (PPA) with U.S. Home, LLC regarding the Cavalier Country Club Site (Site) (DE-1600) located at 100 Addison Dr., Newark, DE.
