The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the 2603 Kirkwood Highway Site located in Newark. The Site has operated as a gas station from roughly 1960-2020. The Proposed Plan includes the requirements of a restriction on use of groundwater at the Site and the development and implementation of a Contaminated Materials Management Plan.
