The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Former Del Campo Bakery Site (DE-1736) located at 2006 Rodman Road in Wilmington. The Site is a former bakery that had underground and aboveground storage tanks.

The Former Del Campo Bakery Site will be subject to the following key remedial actions: Either removal of contaminated shallow soil or capping of the Site, the submittal and adherence to a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) and long term stewardship plan, and the placement of an environmental covenant that will restrict the site’s use and the use of groundwater.
