The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the North Hill Dry Cleaner Site OU-2 (DE-1793) located at 207 Philadelphia Pike in Wilmington. The Site houses a residential building last used as a medical facility. 

The North Hill Dry Cleaner Site OU-2 will be subject to the following key remedial actions: The submittal and adherence to a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) and long term stewardship plan, and the placement of an environmental covenant that will restrict the site’s use to non-residential and the use of groundwater.
