The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up Operable Unit 5 (OU-5) Park Maintenance Buildings of the Fort Dupont Redevelopment Site (DE-1618) located at intersection of Powers Lane and Hospital Road in Delaware City. The Site is the fifth of several areas within the over 300-acre Fort DuPont Facility intended to be investigated and redeveloped as part of a revitalization effort. 

Fort DuPont Facility OU-5 Park Maintenance Buildings will be subject to the following key remedial action: the recording of an Environmental Covenant restricting groundwater withdrawal.
