The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up the Rails to Trails Cool Spring to Fisher Road Site (DE-1746) located in Milton. The Site is a former railway that may have used contaminated fill.

The Rails to Trails Cool Spring to Fisher Road Site (DE-1746) will be subject to the following key remedial actions: the submittal and adherence to a Contaminated Materials Management Plan (CMMP) and the placement of an environmental covenant that will restrict the site’s use and the use of groundwater.
