The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up 517 Shipley Street Site located in Wilmington. The Site has been developed since the 1880s as commercial printing, two former dry cleaners, electrical equipment storage and paint shop. The Site requires a vapor barrier on the elevator pit, Long-Term Stewardship Plan, a Contaminated Material Management Plan and restricting groundwater use.
