The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up 601 Justison Street Site located in Wilmington. The Site, once part of the Wilmington Coal Gas South Site, which manufactured coal gas and was also used for parking requires capping, installation of a vapor barrier under buildings, Long-Term Stewardship Plan, updating of a Contaminated Material Management Plan and restricting groundwater use.
