William Woo and Angela Marie Woo (533-20.19-27.01) – To construct a 4 by 14 foot long dock and a boatlift with 4 associated pilings in an Unnamed Lagoon adjacent to the Assawoman Bay located at 13383 Jefferson Ave, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE

William Woo and Angela Marie Woo (134-23.12-24.01) – To construct a 5 by 12 foot long dock, a 12 by 14 foot long double jet ski floating platform and a boatlift with 4 associated pilings in the Little Assawoman Bay located at 1207 North Schulz Road, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Permit and Marina Permit Application

Ocean View Marina LLC (1-34-13.00-2.00) – To maintain a 19 by 19 foot long boat ramp, a 5 by 180 foot long section of dock, and a 5 by 85 foot long dock, to remove (2) 5 by 80 foot long docks, a 5 by 100 foot long dock, a 5 by 245 foot long dock, a 5 by 50 foot long dock, a 5 by 100 foot long dock, (15) 2 by 12 foot long finger piers, and (35) free-standing mooring pilings and to install 18 slip minor marina by installing a 5 by 80 foot long dock, a 5 by 135 foot long dock, a 5 by 50 foot long dock, a 5 by 100 foot long dock, and 340 linear feet of bulkhead, to stabilize the shoreline by installing 135 linear feet of coir logs, to place approximately 10 cubic yards of backfill landward of the bulkhead, and to mechanically maintenance dredge 1,400 cubic yards to a depth of -4 feet MLW within Ocean View Marina and to dispose of the dredged material via off -loading from a barge behind the bulkhead to reduce the basin of the marina adjacent to Assawoman Canal, at 1 Elliott Avenue, Ocean View, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
