Subaqueous Lands Lease Renewal

Alexander Bunt and Judith Bunt (5-33-20-13-69.01) – To utilize and maintain an existing 5 by 20 foot long dock at 38311 Bayberry Lane, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Theodore A. Fischer II & Patricia M. Fischer (2-34-18.00-12.00) – To utilize and maintain a 6 by 30 foot long dock, 6 by 70 foot long pier, and a boat lift with four (4) associated pilings in Herring Creek at 33695 Baylis Drive, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit Application

Mary Crigger (1-34-13.00-937.00) – To construct a 5 by 10 foot long parallel dock in the Bethany Loop Canal at 913 Lakeview Drive, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Mingle on Tingle LLC (1-34-20.11-24.00) – To construct a 5 by 15 foot long dock and a 5 by 15 foot long linear pier and to install a boat lift with four (4) associated pilings and a PWC lift with one (1) associated piling at 35271 Hassell Avenue, Bethany Beach, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
