Subaqueous Lands Permit Application

Churchmans 273 LLC (10-024.00-025 & 10-045.00-007) – To construct an 8 foot wide by 8 foot long box culvert and to fill an approximate 12.8 foot wide by 360 foot long segment of stream located in an Unnamed Tributary to Army Creek at 550 Churchmans Road, New Castle, DE and to perform compensatory mitigation by the replacement of invasive species with native species across a 93,654 square foot riparian area adjacent to Tom Creek located at 780 S DuPont Hwy New Castle, New Castle County, DE

Lisa Gillespie, Clydia Issacs & Robert and Barbara Thompson (14-011.00-070, 14-011.00-085, 14-011.00-088, 14-011.00-089 & 14-011.00-090) – To repair by replace two (2) existing dams and to install 222 liner feet of rip-rap for bank stabilization consisting of 96 cubic yards of material in Wiggins Mill Pond off of Wiggins Mill Road, Townsend, New Castle County, DE.

If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
