Subaqueous Lands Permit

Stuart Glickman (3-34-19.00-48.00) – To repair by replace 124 linear feet of bulkhead, to remove an existing docking structure and to construct a 4 by 10 foot long pier, a 6 by 30 foot long dock, a 6 by 12 foot long floating kayak dock and a boat lift with four (4) associated pilings in White Oak Creek at 47 West Side Drive, Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

North Shores Board of Gov. (3-34-8.17-157.00-Dredging Location & 3-35-4.19-67.00-Disposal Site) – To hydraulically maintenance dredge up to 2,000 cubic yards of material, dredging to a depth of -4 feet below mean low water from the access channel and marina basin located at Harbor Road, North Shores Community, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE and to temporarily dewater the material on-site and then dispose of the dried material at a confined disposal facility located northeast of Anglers Road in Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
