Notice has been given that:

Laurel Grain Company, requests a Construction/Operation permit for the operation of a 2,700 bushel per hour Sukup Grain Dryer at their facility located at 10717 Georgetown Road, Laurel, Sussex County, Delaware.  The Sukup Grain Dryer will be permitted to emit 1.83 tpy of NO_x, 0.01 tpy of SO_x, 0.1 tpy of VOC, 1.54 tpy of CO, 3.02 tpy of PM₁₀, and 0.63 tpy of PM_2.5 by Permit: APC-2020/0059-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending February 3, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
