Wastewater Operator Certification

All wastewater treatment facilities in Delaware must be operated under the direct supervision of a Delaware Licensed Wastewater Operator.

Sediment and Stormwater Contractor Training: Recertification

Those certified in 2018 or earlier as “responsible personnel” under the Delaware Sediment and Stormwater Regulations are required to complete additional training to maintain certification.


Underground Storage Tank Contractors

All contractors performing installation, retrofit, removal, or closure in place of regulated underground storage tanks must be certified by the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.

Delaware Coastal Management Program Federal Consistency Certifications: Eastern Shore Natural Gas

Federal Consistency Certifications have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for a proposal by Eastern Shore Natural Gas to install a 100-foot by 100-foot Meter and Regulator Station in Georgetown, Delaware.
