Notice has been given that:

Agilent Technologies, Inc. Little Falls Site, requests a construction permit to construct a Baron-Blakeslee Inc. MSR-216LE ultrasonic vapor degreaser at their 2850 Centerville Road, Wilmington, Delaware location facility. The degreaser will be permitted to emit volatile organic compounds (VOC) inside the building by Permit: APC-2020/0045

The application for this permit may be reviewed at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, State Street Commons, 100 W. A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending December 9, 2019.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
