RBEC Farms, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 1,152,000 gallons per day. The well is located northeast of Bethel in Sussex County, near the intersection of Bethel and Oneals Roads. Tax parcel 230-12.00-40.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by July 8, 2019, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
