Wastewater Facilities Construction Permit Application: Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating of Frankford, Delaware, to construct one thousand, nine hundred and sixty linear feet (1,960 LF) of 2” and 4” forcemain and a semi-positive displacement Eone packaged pump station with dual pumps and related appurtenances, to serve the Frankford Business Park, located on the east side of Route 113, approximately 0.3 miles north of the Delaware Avenue and Route 113 intersection, Frankford, Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station will be located at the Frankford Business Park, while the forcemain will be constructed from the pump station, run northwards along Route 113 and terminate at an existing manhole on Frankford Avenue.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before December 18, 2019.   A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
