Vincent Farms, Inc. has applied to the Groundwater Discharges Section for an amendment to their Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit to include the transport of non-hazardous liquid waste (barley wash water) to be land-applied in accordance with an Agricultural Utilization Permit.
