On-Site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Applications

Wellesley Rehoboth, LP has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank Permit to serve the Wellesley Subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 7,750 gallons per day of wastewater. The site is located at the south side of Warrington Road, approximately 1,900 feet east of the intersection of SR 24, Sussex County, tax parcel #3-34-12.00-0046.01.

Pugs Xing LLC has submitted an application for a construction permit for an on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system to serve a commercial site consisting of a mix of retail and warehouse building.  The system has been designed to accommodate 3,944 gallons per day of wastewater.  The site is located at 26007 Pugs Crossing, Sussex County, tax parcel #2-34-32.00-0036.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
