Conectiv Properties and Investments, Inc. (CPI) is being issued a Solid Waste Permit for the closure of the inactive Site II Industrial Waste Landfill located on Hay Road, in Wilmington.


The Intent to Implement Post-Closure at the Delaware City Refinery Under the Delaware Regulations Governing Hazardous Waste

The DNREC Solid & Hazardous Waste Management Section has made a preliminary decision to issue a hazardous waste Permit for Post-closure to Motiva Enterprises LLC, located at 4550 Wrangle Hill Road in Delaware City. The current Post-closure permit has expired, and, DNREC proposes to issue a new permit to continue hazardous waste post-closure activities at the Hazardous Waste Landfill at this facility.


7 DE Admin. Code 1102 Natural Minor Permit Application: Ameresco Delaware Energy, and DSWA
