Virtual Public Hearing: Midway Service Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit

The DNREC Groundwater Discharges Section has rescheduled a public hearing on Midway Service Inc.’s permit amendment to their Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit to include Clean Delaware, Inc. as a disposal facility for septage and holding tank waste.
