Final Plan of Remedial Action for the Lidl Grocery Store Site (DE-1643)

The Department has adopted a plan regarding the clean-up of the Lidl Grocery Store Site in Dover, Delaware. The remedy consists of removal of underground storage tanks (USTs) and septic system, treatment of groundwater, a monitoring plan, and an environmental covenant to restrict use of the Site.

DNREC issued public notice of the Proposed Plan for the Lidl Grocery Store Site on February 10, 2019. There were no comments or questions from the public regarding the Proposed Plan.
