Pelican Cove Condominium (334-20.18-102.00) – To maintain a 5 by 94 foot long pier, three 2 by 20 foot long finger piers, a 2 by 10 foot long finger pier, a 6.5 by 24 foot long dock, a 4 foot by 43 foot long dock, and 7 pilings in the Rehoboth Bay near the terminus of Vista Road, Dewey Beach, Sussex County, DE

Shady Lane HOA (234-17.00-147.00) – To install 20 cubic feet of stone contained by Geogrid in a 12 by 5 foot long area at the end of the existing boat ramp in Hopkins Prong adjacent to 24314 Shady Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Permit, Water Quality, Wetlands, Marina, and O&M Application

Anglers Marina, LLC and Anglers Restaurant, INC (335-4.20-99.00 & 335-4.19-67.01) – To construct a minor marina alteration for a net gain of 25 slips at Anglers Marina by the reconfiguration of 25 existing slips to 21 slips by installing ten (10) 3 foot wide by 16 foot long gangways, nine (9) 6 foot wide by 24 foot long floating docks, a 6 foot wide by 34 foot long floating dock with two associated galvanized steel pilings, 30 timber free-standing mooring pilings and 21 galvanized steel free-standing mooring pilings; to repair 382 linear feet of existing bulkhead by stepping out 18 inches; to create 29 slips by installing a 4 foot wide by 60 foot long wetland walkway over State-regulated wetlands, a 4 foot wide by 30 foot long gangway, an 8 foot wide by 825 foot long floating dock with 42 associated galvanized steel pilings, six (6) 6 foot wide by 9 foot long floating finger piers and 32 timber free-standing mooring pilings for a total of 60 slips at Anglers Marina located at the terminus of Anglers Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
