Michael and Susan Wigley (134-20.11-26.00) – To install a double PWC lift with 4 associated pilings in Cedar Pond located at 34980 Hassell Avenue Ext, Bethany Beach, Bayview Park, Sussex County, DE

Venise Kramarski (334-22.00-37.00) – To install 140 linear feet of a rip-rap revetment along an existing bulkhead in the Rehoboth Bay, at 5 Marshall Road, Old Landing, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE

Malone’s Bayside Marina (2-34-25.00-6.00) – To authorize the maintenance dredging of 120± cubic yards of material dredged to a depth of – 4 MLW in Lee Joseph Creek and to dispose of the dredged material in the uplands of the same parcel at 36085 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware.

Subaqueous Lands Lease and Subaqueous Lands Permit Applications

Richard Byerly (2-34-34.11-48.00) – To repair 168 linear feet of existing deteriorating concrete bulkhead by driving new vinyl sheeting immediately channelward of the existing concrete. To mitigate for the reconfiguration of the bulkhead, for a net gain of 200 sq. ft of subaqueous lands. To remove an existing structure and to construct a 4 by 168 foot long pier, (2)  6 by 24 foot long docks, (2) boat lifts with four associated pilings each and (4) mooring pilings in the Indian River Bay at 32156 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

Robert Needham (2-33-7.00-36.00) – To construct a 4 by 107 foot long pier, a 6 by 25 foot long linear dock, a 6 by 20 foot long dock, a 10 by 12 foot long floating kayak dock and (2) boat lifts with four associated pilings each in Peppers Creek at 109 Waterview Lane, Point Farm, Dagsboro, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Lease Renewal Application

Pasquale and Nancy Trunzo (2-34-6.00-93.00) – To maintain and utilize a 3 by 12 foot long access ramp and a 6 by 40 foot long floating pier in Love Creek at 202 Waterford Drive, Webbs Landing, Lewes, Sussex County, DE

Subaqueous Lands Permit and Water Quality Application

Delaware Department of Transportation (adjacent to 2-35-8.00-53.00) – To install a 10 by 122 foot long concrete slab underneath an existing 3-sided box culvert, and to place approximately 1,011 cubic yards of rip-rap and 8 cubic yards of embankment fill, resulting in 7,316.01 sq. ft. of temporary wetland impacts, 313.01 sq. ft. of permanent wetland impacts, 204.70 sq. ft. of temporary open water impacts, 1,873.14 sq. ft. of permanent open water impacts, and creating 18.17 sq. ft. of open water creation for scour protection in Deep Branch at BR 3-814, Coastal Highway Milton, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
