The DNREC-WHS will conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendments to Delaware Administrative Code 1351: Regulations Governing Underground Storage Tank (UST) Systems (Docket #2019-R-WH-0015). These amendments are being proposed to reflect regulatory changes promulgated at the federal level as well as advances in UST system technologies. 

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, beginning at 6:00 PM at DNREC’s office located at 391 Lukens Drive in New Castle, DE.

The proposed amendments may be inspected at DNREC’s office located at 391 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE, and online as of August 1, 2019 at http://regulations.delaware.gov/services/current_issue.shtml
