Permit Application

Notice has been given that:

Stone Tech Materials, LLC, requests a Construction Permit for the construction of a 2018 McCloskey I44 RV3 Impact Crusher at 1620 Bowers St., Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware.  The Impact Crusher will be permitted to emit 0.56 tpy of NOx, 0.02 tpy of SOx, 0.26 tpy of CO, 0.05 tpy of VOC, and 0.05 tpy of PM by Permit: APC-2020/0190-CONSTRUCTION.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request.  The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices.  To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Tracy Mattson at (302) 739‑9402.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending July 20, 2020.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
