Schell Spe, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one proposed agricultural well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 288,000 gallons per day. The well will be located south of Lewes in Sussex County, near the intersection of Camp Arrowhead Road and Jolyns Way. Tax parcel 234-7.00-132.00.

Arbor Lyn Rehoboth Beach, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one proposed agricultural well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 115,200 gallons per day. The well will be located west of Rehoboth Beach in Sussex County, near the intersection of Warrington and Old Land Roads. Tax parcel 334-12.00-127.02.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by September 7, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
