Wastewater Facilities Construction Permit Applications: Charter Oak Investments

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Charter Oak Investments, LLC., of Bethesda, Maryland, to construct approximately 3,347 linear feet of 4” force main, one (1) pump station with two (2) submersible pumps, valves and related facilities. The pump station and the forcemain will be located within the Chase Oaks residential subdivision, which is located on Webb’s Landing Road, approximately 450 linear feet northeast of the intersection of Webb’s Landing Road and Robinsonville Road, Indian River Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware. The force main will discharge into an existing manhole, located in Fox Hollow residential subdivision, which is adjacent to Chase Oaks residential subdivision, Indian River Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before October 4, 2020. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
