The applicant proposes to repair/replace an existing 100′ bulkhead and install a new 12′ by 4′ pier and 5′ by 25′ dock adjacent to the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 63 Anchor Road, North Shores, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE 19971, tax map parcel ID #3-34-8.17-75.00
