Virtual Public Hearing: 204 Salisbury Exchange Subaqueous Lands Lease Application

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Division of Water, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section will conduct a virtual public hearing (Docket #2020-P-W-0010) on 204 Salisbury Exchange, LLC lease application.

A public hearing will be held by DNREC on the below application on Thursday, April 30, 2020, commencing at 6:00 PM at DNREC’s Shoreline & Waterway Services Facility, located at 901 Pilottown Road, Lewes, DE 19958.

204 Salisbury Exchange, LLC, has applied to construct and utilize a 4 foot by 114 foot long pier and three free standing mooring pilings, reduced from the initially proposed 4 by 128 foot long pier, two 5 by 26 foot long docks, and eleven free standing mooring pilings in Head of Bay Cove, Rehoboth Bay, at 204 Salisbury Street, Rehoboth, Sussex County, DE.
