The winning entries for the 2021 edition of the Delaware Trout Stamp Contest were chosen by a panel of five judges who independently inspected the artwork by appointment on Oct. 1, 2020 in the DNREC Auditorium. The 2020 Trout Stamp will feature a painting of a brown trout by Dennis Arp, of Culbertson, Nebraska .
