Winning Trout Stamp Contest Entries

The winning entries for the 2020 edition of the Delaware Trout Stamp Contest were chosen by a panel of judges at an event held on April 4, 2019 at the Dover Public Library.  The 2020 Trout Stamp will feature a painting of a rainbow trout by Jeffrey Klinefelter of Etna Green, Indiana.
