Brickhouse Farm, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 288,000 gallons per day. The well will be located south of Greenwood in Sussex County, near the intersection of Adams and Blanchard Road. Tax parcel 530-16.00-8.00.

Carlisle Family, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 576,000 gallons per day. The wells are located south of Farmington in Kent County, near the intersection of Coon Den and Woodyard Road. Tax parcel MN00-200.00-01-17.00.

Jo Ann Davis, Trustee has requested an allocation permit for one existing irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 576,000 gallons per day. The well is located north of Milford in Kent County, near the intersection of Tub Mill Pond and Cicada Road. Tax parcel MD00-163.00-01-01.00.

Stephen Tatman, Trustee has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 1,296,000 gallons per day. The well will be located east of Bridgeville in Sussex County, near the intersection of Apple Tree and Redden Road. Tax parcel 430-15.00-4.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by December 23, 2019, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
