City of Seaford (5-31-13.00-36.00) – To maintain and utilize a 5 by 15 foot long pier and an 8 by 38 foot long dock in the Nanticoke River adjacent to Seaford boat ramp East of Nanticoke Ave, Seaford, Sussex County, DE

Mark and Odette Evangelista (3-31-6.00-185.00) – To construct a 4 by 10 foot long pier and a 5 by 30 foot long dock in the Nanticoke River at 9614 Middleford Road, Seaford, Sussex County, DE

Delaware Department of Transportation (adjacent to 235-16.00-4.00) – To replace an existing bridge, expanding existing deck dimensions by 2 feet, placing up to 142.12 cubic yards of rip-rap for scour protection, placing fill material permanently impacting up to 1,354.32 square feet of subaqueous lands, and temporarily-impacting 3,792.97 square feet of State-regulated wetlands in and adjacent to Broadkill River, at BR 3-155 N&S located on SR 1 adjacent to Steamboat Landing Road, Milton, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice.  Please indicate in your letter whether your intention is to request a public hearing or whether you are simply providing comments for the Department’s consideration. If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
