Pre-registration is now closed for the 2024 Sediment and Stormwater Program’s Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) course. The course is scheduled to be held in March 2024. 

The course will consist of recorded sessions on the Delaware Learning Center (DLC). Participants will work through the sessions at their own pace between March 4 and March 15.

After completing the course sessions, participants will take an online exam.

Those who score 80% or higher will be invited to attend an in-person, half-day field trip.

Requirements for Registration

To register for the CCR course you must:

Have valid Contractor Training Program certification (AKA the Blue Card Course).

Have completed and submitted a pre-registration form prior to 11:59 p.m., Feb. 16, 2024.

Complete registration and payment on the DLC website prior to 11:59 p.m., Feb. 26, 2024.

Registration Process

Complete the pre-registration form for DNREC staff to review and determine eligibility. You will receive an email notification indicating one of the following:

Pre-registered. Participant determined to be eligible and is seating available. Pre-registered participants will be instructed to complete the formal registration and payment of $225 on the DLC website between Feb. 19 and 26.

Waitlisted. Participant determined to be eligible, but company participant limit or total class limit has been reached. Additional information will be provided in appropriate time if space is available.

Not pre-registered. Participant determined to be ineligible. Additional information will be provided on meeting eligibility requirements.

Class size and participants per company are limited. If eligible, pre-registration is approved on first come first serve basis. When limits are reached, names will be added to a waitlist.
