The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Shree Ganesh, LLC of Dover, Delaware, to install one pump station with dual pumps; approximately eight hundred and eighty four linear feet of four inch (884 LF of 4”) diameter force main; and related appurtenances, to serve the proposed, Ovations residential subdivision, located east of the Providence Creek Academy and bound by W. Duck Creek Road and Providence Creek, Clayton, Kent County, Delaware. The pump station will be located within the proposed development. The forcemain will be installed from the pump station, run southwards along W. Duck Creek Road and tie into an existing manhole on W. Duck Creek Road.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before April 14, 2019. A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
