Notice has been given that:

Bilcare Research, Inc., requests a construction/operation permit to operate three natural gas oil heaters and two natural gas heaters associated with the calendar lamination line at their 1386 School House Road, Delaware City, New Castle County facility.  The natural gas fired equipment will be permitted to emit 7.81 tons of carbon monoxide (CO) per rolling twelve (12) month period, 9.29 tons of nitrogen oxide (NO_x) per rolling twelve (12) month period, 0.7061 tons of particulate matter (PM₁₀) per rolling twelve (12) month period, 0.056 tons of sulfur dioxide (SO₂) per rolling twelve (12) month period, and 0.511 tons of volatile organic compounds (VOC) per rolling twelve (12) month period by Permit: APC-2020/0006-CONSTRUCTION/OPERATION.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending September 30, 2019.  A request for a hearing shall be in writing.  The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
