Wastewater Facilities Construction Permit Application: Weston Willows, LLC

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, Division of Water, hereby gives notice that a permit application has been received from:

Weston Willows, LLC of Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware, to construct a pump station with dual pumps and related appurtenances and seven hundred and fifty three linear feet of four inch (753 LF of 4”) forcemain to serve the proposed Weston Willow residential subdivision located on the northern side of Lewes-Georgetown highway, between Shingle Point Road and Gravel Hill Road, and approximately 1,620 southwest of Gravel Hill Road, Harbeson, Georgetown Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware. The pump station will be located within the proposed subdivision, while the forcemain will be constructed from the pump station, run southwards and connect into an existing forcemain on the Lewes-Georgetown highway.

A public hearing concerning the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious request for a hearing is received on or before March 15, 2020.   A request for a public hearing shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
