Milton Attainable Housing, LLC has requested an allocation permit for one proposed agricultural well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 216,000 gallons per day. The well will be located east of Milton in Sussex County, near the intersection of Broadkill and Country Roads. Tax parcel 235-14.00-123.00.

Donald Brittingham has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 432,000 gallons per day. The well will be located north of Millsboro in Sussex County, near the intersection of Gravel Hill and Johnson Roads. Tax parcel 234-8.00-54.00.

Rose Bryan has requested an allocation permit for one proposed agricultural well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 172,800 gallons per day. The wells will be located south of Lewes in Sussex County, near the intersection of Robinsonville and Webbs Landing Roads. Tax parcel 234-6.00-98.00.

Calpine Mid-Atlantic Generation, LLC has requested a renewal of its industrial water allocation. The maximum daily withdrawal is 1,065,000,000 gallons per day. The intake is located east of Wilmington in New Castle County, near Interstate 495 along the Delaware River. Tax parcel 2604600003.

O’Day Family, LLC has requested an allocation permit for two existing and one proposed irrigation wells. The maximum daily withdrawal is 936,000 gallons per day. The wells are located west of Seaford in Sussex County, near the intersection of Woodpecker Road and State Highway 531. Tax parcel 531-14.00-47.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by March 23, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
