The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control will hold a public information session to describe a settlement agreement with Croda, Inc.

The Department has announced an agreement with Croda Inc., that requires the company to take actions protective of human health and the environment in addressing recent violations at Croda’s Atlas Point facility near New Castle.

The agreement is intended to resolve matters arising from source testing at the facility in September 2020 and January 2021, to protect public health and the environment.
