The Environmental Appeals Board will hold a virtual hearing on two combined appeals by Keep Our Wells Clean (Appeals 2020-04 and 2021-03). This hearing has been postponed.

Appeal 2020-04 challenges Secretary’s Order No. 2020-W-0008, which approves an application by Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc. for an Operating Permit for Phase 1 of the Artesian Northern Sussex Regional Water Recharge Facility near Milton, Delaware (ANSRWRF).

Appeal 2021-03 challenges Secretary’s Order No. 2021-W-0012, which approves an application by Allen Harim Foods to treat poultry processing wastewater at its Harbeson Processing Facility in Harbeson. (Statement of Appeal)
